Laura Brunereau

Founder of the Sintonía Group & Chief Design Officer (CDO) at Sintonía Living.

Laura is in charge of overseeing all design and innovation aspects, including product design, architectural plans & user experience. She leads the advertising & marketing teams, ensuring the companies vision and values are always present on every project.

Laura works hand on hand with our architects to ensure every project reflects Sintonía Living's values and is build up to the high quality standards we advocate for.

As a Positive Psychology expert, she integrates the wellbeing concepts into the residential homes development, by incorporating design and amenities that nurture positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, purpose, personal growth and connection with nature.

Laura's goal is to promote happiness and physical, mental, and social well-being for residents on every project we develop.

Jean Loup Le Roux

Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Jean Loup is responsible for setting the investment style and strategy of Sintonía Living. He oversees the management of our organization's investments.

JL is a property developer with Canadian, French, and Mexican roots. He brings a unique perspective to the company with his background as a Wall Street veteran, having spent many years at Morgan Stanley where he honed his skills as a seasoned risk management professional.

As an engineer, he brings a deep understanding of financial markets to the team. His expertise in fintech, in particular, enables Sintonía Living to innovate and create developments that promote physical, mental, and social well-being for residents.

Jean Loup is committed to building exclusive homes and being an architect of a balanced lifestyle for our clients, connecting them to the marvellous Mexican Caribbean paradise.

Vanessa Henri

Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
Vanessa is the senior lawyer appointed to govern Sintonía Living's legal department.

She leads all legal processes with attorneys, provides direction on major legal and regulatory issues, and works to make sure each property you buy from us follows each and every legal regulation of the industry.

Vanessa experiences an enormous love for the Riviera Maya, and she wishes others can discover the magnificent lifestyle this Mexican Caribbean paradise provides.

George Chrysanthopolous

Project Management Officer (PMO)
George is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the various projects the company is working on. He monitors and ensures that every project is completed with the expected high-quality norms & regulations standards of Sintonía Living.

He is in charge of making sure that the company's projects are executed and completed successfully.

George has an excellent eye for finding new projects and opportunities for Sintonía Living developments.
